1 · Who we are
TOFKAP is an uncoworking space run from Korte Bajonetstraat 40, 3014ZS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The person responsible for your data is Gianluca Simonelli, acting on behalf of TOFKAP. You can reach us at supertofkap@gmail.com.
We're a small operation, not a data broker. We collect as little as we can get away with and we don't sell anything to anyone.
2 · What data we collect
When you book a visit (via our Calendly link), Calendly collects your name, email, and the slot you pick. That data reaches us so we can actually show up and open the door.
When you email us, we receive whatever you chose to put in the email. That's on you.
When you become a member, we keep a record of your name, email, billing/invoicing details (address, VAT number if applicable), and the days you used the space. The Netherlands tax authority asks us to keep invoicing records for 7 years.
When you visit this website, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find the site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends anonymized usage data to Google. We also embed Google Fonts (for type), which loads from Google's CDN, and Calendly (when you click the booking link).
3 · Why we collect it
Fulfilling visit bookings. Invoicing members. Replying to your email. Understanding which pages work and which ones are empty rooms. That's it.
4 · Who we share it with
Our processors: Google (Analytics and Fonts), Calendly (visit booking), our email provider, and the accountant/bookkeeping software we use for invoicing. Nobody else gets it. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.
5 · How long we keep it
Invoicing records: 7 years (required by Dutch tax law). Member records: while you're a member and then archived for the same 7-year period. Visit bookings: reasonable time, then deleted. Analytics: per Google's default retention.
6 · Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to:
- Ask what data we have about you (access)
- Ask us to correct it (rectification)
- Ask us to delete it (erasure, within legal limits)
- Ask us to restrict or stop processing it
- Ask for a copy in a portable format
- Object to processing
- Complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you think we've messed up

7 · Cookies
Two kinds:
- Functional: the minimum needed for pages to work.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies, to count visits and see which pages people actually read. You can block these in your browser settings without breaking anything on the site.
8 · Children
Our services aren't aimed at anyone under 16. If you're under 16, don't send us personal data without a parent or guardian's involvement.
9 · Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Nobody can guarantee perfect security on the internet; if something goes wrong, we'll tell the people affected and the regulator as required.
10 · Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes, we'll also mention via email to members.
